Very Professional team from Office to delivery. The on-site team were extremely professional, kept everything neat and tidy and were great fun to have around. GivEnergy are another story but the Technical support and interface provided by EVi is second to none.

It is rare that you actually miss having the installers around! A very good experience and I would recommend EVi to everyone.

Very happy with the system. Now been running well for 3 months. Initial problem but this was not an evi issue. The inverter needed a software update and, after a little pressure from me, this was done by GivEnergy, the manufacturers. evi were most helpful in resolving this issue.

The installation was completed in one day and fully commissioned the following morning. The evi installers were so helpful and very willing to communicate and discuss options. To date performance results are excellent with significant financial savings. No doubt these will drop a little as the days get shorter but very confident for the future.

Solar panel, battery and ev charger instal. A pleasure to deal with right from initial contact. Instal was spot on, my expectations were set and met completely. The roofing side in particular was difficult and Evi proved they really know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

We decided to have solar panels together with battery storage and EV charging , we talked to a number of MCS certified Installation Companies and asked a couple to provided quotations.

All presented details and quotes, we chose EVI Renewables based on their knowledge and responses to our questions, together with tailoring of the system to our needs.

The installation of all of our equipment (except of the Electric Vehicle (EV) charger – but more of that later) was installed within the time scale agreed on.

The installation staff excelled in keeping us informed, and working around our needs to continue working while it when ahead. Even with the inclement weather, the schedule was kept.

The siting of the equipment (except for the solar panels – which obviously needed to be attached to the roof!) was all agreed as to locations which we were consulted, including loft space, and battery storage location.

Going beyond – our requested EV charger was delayed twice by the manufactures and could not be installed, EVI Renewables’ office allowed us to withhold a sum comparable to the cost of, and installation of the EV charger until the supply issue was resolved.

At all stages we were kept informed of what and when actions where to take place, so we have a nice shiny EV charger installed too.

Should we move home and need solar panels again, would we use EVI Renewables? Absolutely!

From the initial sales visit through to the installation we were kept informed throughout. All of the installation team were courteous and tidied up after themselves. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the whole process and are now reaping the reward of having our solar panel array.
